I recall our initial conversation discussing our desire to have an agent who would advocate for us if ever the need arose. Matt keyed in on this and explained what he believed his role was in our relationship - that of an advocate. Any agent can sell policies, but the difference is whether the agent is present, available, knowledgeable, and will use their leverage as an agent to do right by their clients. Matt Meyer and his team have been there when we’ve needed them. When we’ve had questions, their answers have been accurate and were delivered in a timely manner. "25 years I have harassed my agents, and had them give me all the discounts and adjustments to the policies hence, even the cut rate companies that disown you in the time of need can't compete with the way Matt, Scott, Joel and Trudy has set our policies up. I have been treated well when I have to get something done, and my agents has been a straight shooter from the get go. We bought a condo in Chicago and Matt's office referred us to another agent in Bloomingdale IL that is also amazingly honest and found all the savings he could."

"I've been with Matt Meyer's office for over 15 years. Scott has been my agent from the beginning. He is so quick to answer my questions and get me what I need. Yesterday I had to file a claim because some low lifes broke into my storage unit and stole a bunch of my belongings. My claim was processed and paid within 24 hours!!! Everyone I spoke with for this process has been extremely respectful and gracious. Other agencies have tried to get me to switch. Some have been slightly cheaper, but there's no way to put a price on the service I receive from Scott, his team, and State Farm in general. A customer for life!!"
